DELIVERIES TO SWEDEN

Please note that we do not ship or deliver on weekends or public holidays.

When placing an order, please check your shipping address carefully. Shipping costs are not refundable. Åland Online is not responsible for lost or returned items / packages due to address errors. If you do not receive your package, contact the carrier indicated in the email with the tracking number or your local post office. If you think your package has been lost, please contact us at info@aland.se with your order number so that we can investigate whether the package can be retrieved or found. If the package cannot be found we will create a case with the carrier, this process may take 2-3 weeks from the case being reported to us.

Orders are sent by a carrier of our choice, and may take up to two weeks before delivery. Orders may be split into several deliveries depending on our inventory management. Orders may take up to ten business days to be shipped.

An order can only be changed on the day it is placed.

Faster delivery options may be available at checkout. We are happy to offer our discounted shipping rates to our customers at checkout if faster deliveries are required, in these cases the rates are based on the weight of the items and your location. Please note that we do not ship any items on weekends or Swedish public holidays. If you place an order on Friday, it will not be dispatched until Monday, even if it is an express order.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

By completing your order, you agree to become the importer of the package and of your order. In this way, you assume full responsibility for any additional import charges.

Åland Online does not pay import taxes, duties or brokerage fees, nor do we include them in our shipping prices.

Contact your local customs office for an estimate of these fees. You must pay these fees for your package to be delivered. If the shipping company is unable to collect duties or brokerage fees associated with your order, the package will be discarded. No refund is paid in these cases.

DELIVERIES TO INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES OUTSIDE THE EU

All international sales from Åland Online are final.

Please note that we do not ship any items on weekends or Swedish public holidays. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you and provide an approximate delivery date or help you choose an alternative item.

When ordering, please review the delivery address carefully and ensure that your country’s postal service delivers to the address exactly as you entered it. Enter a daytime phone number where you can be reached if delivery problems occur. If a package is returned to Åland Online for any reason, a refund will be given for the goods only. The returned package will not be sent again. Shipping costs including the cost of return are not refundable.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for international orders.

If your order contains incorrect or defective items, please contact us (info@alandsbutiken.com) within three working days of delivery and we will be happy to help resolve the issue.

International orders are sent by a carrier appointed by us. All packages are delivered to your local customs office, for inspection, before being distributed to your local postal service for delivery.

All international shipments are subject to customs checks and therefore delivery dates are more or less impossible to estimate.
